Sugar Buns has recently expanded its services and we are doing more and more office & dinner parties, campaign and philanthropic organization events. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Assortment of all butter French pastries, bagel, muffins, biscuits & country ham, coffee cake, croissant bread pudding w/rum sauce. Can be served with assorted cream cheeses and Lox available.

2. A great luncheon menu: Grilled Portabella Bisque w/Brie and French Bread, Savory Buns (spinach w/Feta, Proscuitto w/fire roasted red peppers and goat cheese) Roasted BBQ Duck Bruschetta, Tarragon Chicken Salad on miniature croissants, shrimp & crab salad and anything you wish!

3. Trays of appetizers: Proscuitto Wrapped Figs w/Balsamic glaze and Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Crab in Phyllo, Spanokopita, Brie en Croute w/ roasted walnuts &berries; salmon w/dill sauce, crab dip, grilled vegetable trays and much more.

4. Roasted Tenderloin butterflied stuffed w/mushroom duxelles, whole lobster tails, medium rare and served w/Béarnaise and a Truffle Potato Gratin and grilled asparagus. Elegant & Ever so Luscious!

5. Braised beef w/cognac red wine sauce & Root Vegetables Terrine, hot breads to soak up all the wonderful sauce.

6. 40 Clove Garlic Chicken Terrine w/ vegetable & Cous Cous.

7. Our famous Garlic, Herbed and Cheese crusted Chicken w/ Vegetable and Rice Pilaf. (A house favorite!)

8. Pork Roast w/apple, sage, pecan dressing w/sides

9. Whole side of Poached Salmon w/ Dill Sauce w/ sides

10. Beef Tenderloin on grilled French bread w/ Horseradish or Gorgonzola cream trays.

11. Balsamic Roasted Duck BBQ w/side dishes, perfect for football games!

12. Full Turkey Dinners w/all the trimmings.

13. Any special order for any number of people that your heart desires!
