1. Assortment of all butter French pastries, bagel, muffins, biscuits & country ham, coffee cake, croissant bread pudding w/rum sauce. Can be served with assorted cream cheeses and Lox available.

2. A great luncheon menu: Grilled Portabella Bisque w/Brie and French Bread, Savory Buns (spinach w/Feta, Proscuitto w/fire roasted red peppers and goat cheese) Roasted BBQ Duck Bruschetta, Tarragon Chicken Salad on miniature croissants, shrimp & crab salad and anything you wish!

3. Trays of appetizers: Proscuitto Wrapped Figs w/Balsamic glaze and Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Crab in Phyllo, Spanokopita, Brie en Croute w/ roasted walnuts &berries; salmon w/dill sauce, crab dip, grilled vegetable trays and much more.

10. Beef Tenderloin on grilled French bread w/ Horseradish or Gorgonzola cream trays.

11. Balsamic Roasted Duck BBQ w/side dishes, perfect for football games!

12. Full Turkey Dinners w/all the trimmings.
